CMM - Consulting Marketing Management Sp. z o.o., which provides advosiry and accounting services, has ordered a document management and flow system.

Decision was made, due to the consecutive grow of clients and documents related to them, which were create at, and delivered to the custom service department office.

Our Customer has raised following issues / problems:

• long time to find the relevant information in standard, paper documents,
• problems in tracking the flow of paper documents,
• lack of remote acces to the documents, distrubuted among work place,
• no centralized information data center, about employees tasks and commitments,
• lack of actual management reports, about provided services and costs of particular services,
• growing cost of communication with clients.

Implemented solution, provided by IT-Dev, consists from Sharepoint Server 2007 and Office 2007.
