The Innovative Projects Wojciech Kubiak Company, the winner of the 7th edition in the contest “The concept for own company, based on innovation / research” has entered into co-operation with IT-Dev, due to planned launch of the internet platform for commissioning, ordering, subcontracting and projects sharing. Implemented solution contains following features:

• support for processes in the open contest of tenders,
• transaction data safety guarantee,
• search information about contractors and offers,
• notifying about new offers and projects.

We have implemented a solution, based on Windows SharePoint Services 3.0 foundation. Prepared portal provides the features for publishing commission, leading projects by principals, declaring offers by doers, selecting entity in the course of the open competition of tender and ventures’ tracking.
